Weekly Class Schedule
Monday — Lower Body + Core
Build strength, stability, and confidence from the ground up.
Tuesday — Upper Body + Core
Focus on posture, strength, endurance, and supportive movement patterns.
Wednesday — Full Body
A balanced full-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall conditioning.
Thursday — Yoga Flow
Stretch, release, reconnect, and support recovery through intentional movement and breath.
