This Season's Series: Root & Rise

From June 21 through July 22, we're embracing the grounding energy of Cancer Season through a progressive Root Chakra yoga series.

Cancer teaches us that growth begins when we feel safe, supported, and deeply rooted. Throughout the month, each class builds upon the previous one, creating a practice that strengthens your foundation—both physically and emotionally.

Together we'll focus on:

  • Grounding and stability

  • Hip mobility and lower body strength

  • Balance and body awareness

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Feeling supported in your body

  • Building confidence one practice at a time

Whether you attend one class or every session, you'll be invited to move at your own pace without pressure. Each practice offers options for beginners while giving returning students the opportunity to deepen their movement.

By the end of the series, you'll not only notice greater strength and flexibility—you'll also have created a steady foundation you can carry into everyday life.
