Day 0 of 75 Hard: Coming Back Into Alignment
Day 0 doesn’t feel like starting over anymore.
It feels like coming back.
Back to the version of me who listens to her body.
Back to warm meals, slower mornings, and routines that actually support my life instead of overwhelming it.
Back to alignment.
At 45, I’m not chasing perfection. I’m choosing consistency that feels good.
This reset isn’t about extremes or proving anything. It’s about rebuilding trust with myself—one habit at a time. Hot, nourishing meals. Daily movement that supports my nervous system. Drinking more water (even when it’s the hardest part for me). And creating a routine that fits my real life, not some unrealistic version of it.
Because the truth is… I’ve done this before.
And the only reason it didn’t stick wasn’t because I couldn’t do it—
it was because it didn’t fully align.
So this time, I’m doing it differently.
This is Day 0.
Not perfect. Not pressured.
Just aligned.
